The Global Emerging Leaders Program will push you to learn on-the-fly in dynamic and interactive environments. Action-based learning is central to the GELP experience as you apply theory to practice, exchange information and ideas with your peers, and develop creative solutions to real problems.

Get in-depth subject knowledge and conceptual explanations from the program faculty

Analyze examples of real-life situations

Develop practical applications of concepts through case studies and group work

Road test your ideas and abilities in sophisticated business simulators

Interaction with your peers is key to the GELP action learning model. While you work with specially-selected program participants from different operational areas and business sectors, you will share knowledge and exchange ideas in a dynamic learning process.
