Special Program Features

Special Program
CATALYST FOR YOUR CAREER

THE INCLUSION OF THESE SPECIAL FEATURES LEVERAGES GELP'S VALUE AS A MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM FOR BOTH COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS

ACTION LEARNING PROJECT

The ALP focuses the concepts and knowledge covered during the program through the lens of real-world application. Working in small groups, monitored by a tutor, you'll apply your new management tools and business acumen to conceive and realize a real, relevant project with measurable impact.

It's an opportunity to road-test the theory you learn throughout the program, experiment with methodologies and understand project management issues on a deeper level.

The Action Learning Project addresses the need of businesses to train teams to propose and develop in-house projects. This customized ALP development process is carried out on an ad hoc basis for each company that requests it.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

GELP is not just another one-size-fits-all management training program. It has been specifically developed to directly improve your management career potential.

The Leadership Development feature will help you to understand your own individual strengths as an executive, to mitigate your weaknesses and to become a more effective leader of high-performance teams. You will be coached both on a one-to-one basis and as part of a group.

It is delivered by Global Executive Development Consultants and Executive Leadership Coaches from a variety of high-level corporate and organizational backgrounds.

BUSINESS SIMULATION

This interactive experience provides the opportunity to apply relevant concepts of Business and Strategic Management to a simulated program in the retail sector. You will assume virtual command of companies and make decisions about Finance and Administration, Sales and Marketing, Operations and more while managing a web of relationships with partners, regulatory agencies and governments.

Designed to reflect three years of business, the simulation is highly realistic and will challenge you to relate the management theory you have learned to the dynamic environment of a large company with the goal of maintaining a strategic vision.
